Large gold Greek style hoops earrings on studs

The simple, yet stunning, Grecian design is inspired by Mesopotamia. The earrings are decorated with granules or knobs.  This technique is called granulation and is thought to have its origins in Mesopotamia about 5,000 years ago. Granulation from Latin: granum = grain is a jewellery technique whereby a surface of a jewel is covered with small spheres or granules of metal.

The earrings are a contemporary or modern design take on ethnic Grecian, Byzantine, Roman or Bohemian style jewellery. 

Approximate earring measurements 5 cms long by 0.2 cms wide.

They're made from 316L stainless steel and gold plated.  I'm allergic to poor quality earrings but these are great and I don’t have any trouble wearing mine.

While these are excellent quality fashion earrings - if not taken care of - the gold plating will inevitably fade. So when swimming or showering please remove your earrings. Avoid getting perfume, hairspray or any chemicals on your jewellery.   We recommend you keep your earrings dry - to ensure their longevity. 

Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons - so please select carefully.
